YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Mary’s mixed training consists of speed, coordination, core strength, muscular, and aerobic endurance. Her work outs are designed to help her lose weight, increase her muscle definition, and keep her immune system strong. She has previously trained for the Olympics so it’s a blast getting to program her exercises.
Veronica’s workouts are coordinated to improve her overall health, blood sugar levels, and endurance. Veronica is a particularly strong lady who wants to continue to trim down while keep her strength. Her workouts are functional and fast paced to help her stay mobile and elevate the heart rate targeting the fat burning zone. We also go over nutrition tips that best suit her needs before and after workouts as well as throughout her non-training days. High blood sugar runs in her family and we work hard to prevent diabetes in her future with proper nutrition and exercise.
Faye is one of my hardest workers! Despite her limitations, we really focus on strengthening her heart and major muscle groups, as well as increasing her balance, mobility, and coordination. We find all sorts of different ways to do sit ups, push ups, step ups, and even kick boxing so that it isn’t a painful experience on her joints or back while exercising. She lets nothing hold her back whether it is an everyday task or what I ask her to do in our workouts. Where there is a “Faye” there is a way!
