Community Involvement

Max is a 2 year old Golden Retriever. He was born with hip dysplasia, an inherited condition that tends to be more common in larger dog breeds but can affect any dog breed large or small. Max has had a hip replacement, and a second surgery on the same him. Now he needs a hip replacement for the other hip. We are working on building up his strength and muscle mass in preparation for his third surgery. Water therapy is one of the methods used to help Max accomplish this. He is also accompanied by Boomer (an older Golden Retriever) for moral support. Max has been newly adopted by a wonderful family who are willing to take on Max’s special needs. We are also collecting donations to help raise money for this surgery. If you would like to help, please message me.

Sparta was found tied to a dumpster, abandoned. She was rescued by the team and immediately taken to the vet for a full work up. It was determined that she was approximately a year old. She was given all her shots and spayed to get her adoption ready. Her sweet disposition and affectionate nature have earned her a new home with a loving family that includes some furry siblings. She is now one happy dog, and is even said to get along with her feline siblings as well.

Dog Rescuing

Ripped with Ri isn’t all about fitness to empower women around the triad areas. It’s also about giving back to the community and helping those less fortunate like our 4 legged friends.

Rescuing dogs from the streets, the pound, and varies other abusive situations, Ripped with Ri and Caesarfitness have teamed up to become an important force for good in our community. Recently, they rescued a beautiful dog that was left to die tied to a dumpster. After taking her in, the team has taken the correct measures to give her proper shots and spay her before allowing the right family to adopt and give her a new home.  Check out photos from below to view some of their dogs and the ones they have rescued.
