Ripped with Ri Personal Training!
My Athletic background is diverse. Growing up I wanted to experience and be the best at everything. Thanks to the support of my mother, I was able to compete in gymnastics, dance, swimming, and track. I trained in tae kwon doe, jujitsu, kickboxing, cheer-leading, and set records for high-school weight-lifting. I placed in the top three of North Carolina’s Elite Athlete Competitions two years in a row. I can say that this background of activity is what drove my passion for personal training and helping others achieve health, fitness, or competitive goals for bettering the quality of their lives.
My first experience in personal training was with The Rush for 2 years. Now I have my own training studio where all of my one-on-one personal training sessions are held along with group boot camps for all fitness levels. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, some with limitations that have consisted of:
Fibromyalgia, Post Heart attacks, Pregnancy, Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome / Runner’s Knee, shoulder injuries, Coronary Artery Disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, Degenerative Disk Disease, Chron’s Disease, etc.
My experience also includes training various age groups. I respect my clients and love building valuable relationships while getting them great results. With me, you are guaranteed results that will advance your fitness and change your life. I plan to further my studies with a degree in Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Along with being physically fit, my dream has always been to be a “doggy doctor”. I have a strong passion for animals as well as my fitness levels. Crossfit/ functional fitness is my sport of choice, although I haven’t been at it long, that challenges me physically, mentally, and spiritually. I push my limits with every workout and never regret how hard I work to get stronger and faster. I look forward to competing in some Crossfit competitions and Olympic lifting competitions in the near future.
