Riley helped me build my “functional” fitness with improvement in strength, endurance, mobility, & balance. Particularly for women, these things are critical as we age. Now I can lift heavy trash bags into the bins, carry heavy bags, garden without backache, hike hilly trails and even occasionally trip over my feet, all without injury.  I highly recommend you dedicate some time to personal fitness.  FMW age 62
